Jumbo Turtleneck Cowl

This crochet Jumbo Cowl is the warmest thing I've ever made! It was made with 4 strands of yarn held together and an S-hook and as a result of these two factors, it literally takes about 2 hours to make! You can make it in the CRAZIEST colors or 4 strands of the different shades of one color. This project gives you many options. Enjoy this free crochet pattern and get creative!

SKILL LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE - You should already know how to Chain and Double Crochet.

MATERIALS:

  • Four strands of yarn of your choice

  • S - 35/19mm Hook

  • Blunt needle

  • Scissors

NOTES:

  • Four strands of yarn were used for this project, BUT you can use up to 5 strands of yarn with an S-hook so have fun with that!

  • You CAN sell your finished products using this pattern BUT please do me a solid and link back to me here at Martiancreations.com for credit. It's a nice thing to do because you are a decent human being. Oh! and don't use my photos to sell your work, that's just wrong. Don't be that person.

  • This is unisex but if you need it longer for a male just work a few more rows after ROW 13 and you will be in business!

CROCHET ABBREVIATIONS:

  • CH-Chain

  • DC-Double Crochet

  • FO-Finish Off

Through my 15+ years of crocheting, I have made it my goal to show the world we are more than just doily and blanket makers. And as a curious DIY crafter, I'm always getting into other projects away from the hook and yarn too. Let's make something together!
