Crochet Face Mask

This is a perfect project to do while you are quarantined and need a quick project to do because you can do multiple in one day! If you need to learn how to crochet a circle, check out this how-to crochet a circle video.
PROJECT SUPPLIES
4.00 mm Crochet Hook
Any color yarn you like
Cotton fabric
MASK
With color of choice and 4 mm F-Hook CH 2
RND 1: 11 DC in first CH, join in first ST =12 DC
RND 2: CH 2, DC in ST below the CH, 2 DC in each ST around, join in first ST =24 DC
RND 3: CH 2, DC in ST below the CH, DC in next ST (2 DC in next ST, 1 DC in next ST) REPEAT, join in first ST =36 DC
RND 4: CH 2, DC in ST below the CH, DC in next 2 STS, (2 DC in next ST, 2 DC
in next ST) REPEAT around, join in first ST =48 DC
RND 5: CH 2, DC in each around=48 DC
RND 6: CH 2, DC in ST below the CH, DC in next 3 STS (2 DC in next ST, 1 DC in next 3 STS) REPEAT, join in first ST =60 DC
FINISH OFF
With the last finished off stitch placed at the bottom, place a stitch marker at the 5th stitch on either side of that last stitch and a stitch marker in the 17th stitch from each of those stitches. You should have 4 stitch markers.
Next, you would be working between the 1st and 2nd stitch. Attach yarn in the first marked stitch.
SIDES
ROW 1: CH 2, DC in next 18 STS or to the next 18 STS, TURN, CH 2 =18 DC
ROW 2: CH 2, DC in next 17 STS, TURN, CH 2 =18 DC
ROW 3-5: Repeat ROW 2
FINISH OFF
Attach yarn in same stitch as the 3rd stitch marker.
Repeat Row 1-5 for the other side, DO NOT FINISH OFF and DO NOT TURN
LAST RND: CH 1, SC in each ST around the bottom of the face mask, make sure to do only 1 SC in the sides of the DC STS, keep it at the 22 STS, when you arrive at the corner, CH 70, SLST in each CH, first tie done, SC along the 18 STS across side of mask, to next corner, CH 70, SLST in each CH, continue SC along the top of mask, at the next corner, CH 70, SLST in each CH, 18 SC across the side of mask, CH 70 for the last tie, SLST in each CH, FINISH OFF
